October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month

If you are a woman or know a woman, you are affected by breast cancer. October is National Breast Cancer Awareness month, and raising money for the cause is not only important for treatment, but also for education, prevention, and detection.

This month, Baby Cakes Truffles wants to support the cause! Order "Pink Velvet" or Strawberry cake truffles with pink drizzle for $15 a dozen, and half of all proceeds will be donated to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Or, order a two-piece box for $5!

And a special congratulations to my Mom, celebrating another year as a cancer survivor!

A Green and White Wedding Favor

Thanks to my great (and brave) friends for allowing me to test my baking and decorating skills at their wedding!


The bride and groom chose two flavors for their two-piece truffle favors-

Carrot cake with rich cream cheese frosting and the perfect blend of spices, dipped in quality white chocolate.

Red velvet cake with rich cream cheese forsting, dipped in quality white chocolate.

Each pair of truffles was nestled into an ivory box, and topped with green ribbon and the couples logo. A delicious and eye pleasing gift for their guests!
